Cone Type Packing Stuffing Box Rubbers
MPS cone-type packing stuffing box rubber cones and rings are designed to create a solid inner seal for Sucker Rod, Pony Rod, and/or Polished Rods to efficiently ride through. In addition, our cone and other rubber product solutions are specifically manufactured to reduce friction, wear, and above all, heat. This result of using our cone packing products is a cleaner, safer, and more productive work area for both your rigs and your employees.

Cone Packing is available in size for polished rod 1-1/8", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" in set of four (3 top cone and 1 bottom cone) and one bottom cone. 

1. Stuffing Box Structure:
Polished rod stuffing box is made up of cross shell, seal gate valves, sealing pin, sealing cap, rubber packing, etc. The bottom could be connected in thread, flange, clamp. The device could reduce the wear of the polished rod, increase oil recovery.

- Connecting Thread: 2-7/8" EUE, 3" LP, 3-1/2" EUE
- Working Temperature: 149ºC (H2S & CO2 below 1%)
120ºC (H2S below 2% & CO2   below 10%)
- Good performance at Mechanical Tear and Abrasive Resistance & in Steam Environments


4.Stuffing Box Cone Packing:
Cone Packing is available in size for polished rod 1-1/8", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" in set of four (3 top cone and 1 bottom cone) and one bottom cone. 

5.Stuffing Box Installation and usage
- Before installation, user shall inspect the device comprehensively and clean it.
- Pay attention to the size of polished rod is conform to the valve specifications.
- When installation, adjust seal compression force till not leak. If the force is too big, the service lift will decrease.
