1. Can you offer a customized machine?
Yes! We can customize the machine for you, the best fit for your specific requirements!
2. How long does it takes to get a customized machine?
7-15 days after deposit.
3. Do you have a machine in stock?
Yes, we have a standard machine with various dimensions in stock, for the stock machines, will take 2-3 days after the deposit to deliver!
4. What's your payment term?
For machines, we need a 30% deposit to confirm the order to production, before shipment, we need a 70% balanced. All the machine's inspection videos and pictures are available, and online video conference inspection is also available.
5. Do you accept L/C?
Usually, we accept T/T payment, if buy a large quantity we will need to discuss this further.
6. What is the warranty for the machine?
All machine we made is 12 month's warranty, with life-long after-sale service.
